Basketball BC has officially announced that its 2026 Annual General Meeting (AGM) will take place on Wednesday, August 19, 2026, commencing at 6:30 PM. The meeting, mandated annually by the Societies Act and Basketball BC bylaws, will be conducted virtually via Microsoft Teams.

Members in good standing who wish to attend the virtual session will be provided with a Microsoft Teams link upon request. The agenda for the AGM includes several key items to be addressed by the organization's leadership.

Stu Graham will preside over the Call to Order, ascertainment of quorum, approval of the agenda, and approval of the 2025 meeting minutes. Graham will also deliver the President’s Report and manage the adjournment of the meeting. Daniel Gardiner is slated to present both the Financial Report and the Audit Report, as well as oversee the appointment of auditors for the upcoming term. Ross Tomlinson will provide the Nominations Committee Report.
