The City will host 'Celebration Stations' offering quick bike checks, valuable cycling resources, local route information, and complimentary snacks and beverages. The schedule for these stations is as follows: * Wednesday, June 3: 4–6 p.m. at Burquitlam SkyTrain Station. * Thursday, June 4: 4–6 p.m. at Lafarge Lake-Douglas SkyTrain Station.
In addition, Lime Micromobility will host a National Safety Campaign pop-up on Friday, June 5, from 9–11 a.m. at the Lafarge Lake-Douglas SkyTrain Station. This event will provide essential e-bike and e-scooter safety tips, along with free Lime helmets for attendees.
Coquitlam currently boasts 35km of cycling infrastructure. The City also supports cyclists with DIY bike maintenance stations at Poirier Sport and Leisure Complex (633 Poirier Street) and City Centre Aquatic Complex (1210 Pinetree Way), equipped with tools and air pumps.
