Landa, who spent time in Veracruz, Mexico, studying traditional Mexican music and the jarana (an 8-string guitar), brings a unique blend of Latin rhythms to the stage. The ensemble's performance promises a refreshing mix of genres, including Mexican Son Jarocho, African rhythms, and elements of Americana and Soul.
