Overview
Presented by the Rix Centre for Leadership at the Greater Vancouver Board of Trade, this hands-on workshop is designed for mid-level managers and emerging leaders looking to better understand how to identify opportunities for AI adoption and move from idea to implementation. Participants will explore the end-to-end process of building an AI-enabled solution — from identifying the right problem to solve, mapping existing processes, and aligning tools with available data, to selecting the right AI platform and user interface.
The workshop will help you develop a clearer understanding of how to approach AI adoption strategically, ask the right questions, and apply practical frameworks to support responsible innovation within your team.
