Port Moody residents and visitors can mark their calendars for the return of the Port Moody Summer Market, running every Wednesday from June 3, 2026, to October 14, 2026.
The market will be held at the Port Moody Recreation Centre Parking Lot, providing a vibrant mid-week destination for the community.
The weekly event promises an array of attractions, including fresh produce, a diverse selection of local vendors, and opportunities for shopping. Attendees can also look forward to indulging in tasty treats and enjoying live music, contributing to a lively and engaging atmosphere.
The Port Moody Summer Market is an initiative of the Grow Local Society, the same organization responsible for the well-established Coquitlam Farmers Market. The Coquitlam market, celebrating its 30th anniversary, holds the distinction of being the longest-running suburban farmers market in the Lower Mainland. It operates every Saturday from May to October at the Dogwood Pavilion Parking Lot.
Both markets emphasize supporting local by featuring products that are made, baked, grown, or raised in British Columbia, connecting consumers directly with regional producers and artisans.
