Overview
Kick off the Summer Sundays season with the Big Easy Funk Ensemble — a 9-piece New Orleans-inspired funk band born right here in East Vancouver. Formed in 2014 for a Mardi Gras party, BEFE blends funk, jazz, soul, and blues with a West Coast twist that turns any outdoor stage into a full-on dance party. With a blazing three-piece horn section, tight rhythm section, and powerhouse vocals from Chris Berry, this is the kind of show that fills the park with irresistible grooves from the very first note.
