Overview
The Tri-Cities Chamber of Commerce's Tri-Social Club brings members together for an intimate evening of Italian cooking at Pasta Polo in Coquitlam. This hands-on 3-hour class is led by chef and owner Ahyoung Baek, guiding guests through a curated 3-course menu while sharing practical culinary techniques. Designed to be social, relaxed, and engaging, it's perfect for a date night, a night out with friends, or anyone who wants to sharpen their kitchen skills while enjoying great food and company.

Good to Know
General registration: $125 + tax. Ticket includes a glass of wine, a charcuterie board on arrival, the full hands-on cooking class, and a complete 3-course dining experience (house green salad, chicken parmesan or lasagna assembled on site, and classic tiramisu).
Spots are very limited and expected to fill quickly — register early.
Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours in advance for a full refund; cancellations within 72 hours are charged in full.
