Overview
The Vancouver Symphony Orchestra presents celebrated violinist Augustin Hadelich — one of the great violinists of our time — performing Brahms' Violin Concerto, a monumental work that moves from turbulent intensity to deep tenderness and joy. The evening opens with Canadian composer John Estacio's Frenergy and closes with Dvořák's lyrical Sixth Symphony, all under the baton of conductor Clemens Schuldt. Hadelich is renowned for his phenomenal technique, persuasive interpretations, and ravishing tone.
